Getting Started
We will ask you to complete a questionnaire that will assess your schedule and habits. The treatment adherence coordinator will then help you create a plan to overcome barriers that you have identified. Using your take-home workbook, your coordinator will help you put together a schedule that works for your life. Your workbook will include adherence tips, side effects management guidance, and helpful websites.
Our treatment adherence coordinator will consult with you in person or by phone as many times as you need.
